Annie was recommended to us by a friend, and she told us we would love her. She was right. From the first phone call, she made me feel very comfortable, and I was encouraged that we could train our feisty Shih Tzu/Bischon Frise mix. Reggie is a year old. And he was pretty much running the household.

Annie is very knowledgeable, her credentials speak for themselves. She was able to make the training easy to understand and implement. She was also able to discern the family dynamic very well. You are given homework, and she wants to know how it is going between visits. She will spend as much time on the phone with you as needed.
